Night skiing included
The largest night skiing in Slovakia under artificial lighting, daily from 15:30 to 20:00. A total of more than 2 kilometers of slopes illuminated with modern LED lights, which are also less energy-consuming and thus more environmentally friendly. More light also means more safety during night skiing, which visitors can enjoy from dusk until 8 pm.

During the summer tourist season, you can again ride to the top of Nová hoľa on the modern combined 6-chairlift with 8-person cabins TELEMIX Nová hoľa. And with a bit of luck and good weather, even the peaks of the Western Tatras with the dominant Kriváň.

When is the Donovaly Season Pass valid?
The validity of the Donovaly Season Pass starts on the first day of the 2024/2025 winter season and ends on the last day of the 2024 summer season.
Can one Donovaly Season Pass be used by multiple people?
No, the Donovaly Season Pass is non-transferable, which means it can only be used by one and the same person throughout its validity. Otherwise, it will be blocked.
Can I ski with the Donovaly Season Pass at both Nová hoľa and Záhradište?
Yes, the Donovaly Season Pass is valid throughout the entire PARK SNOW Donovaly resort.
How does free parking work with the Donovaly Season Pass?
When entering the parking lot, you need to place the Donovaly Season Pass on the marked spot on the entrance terminal for automatic parking. With the season pass, parking is free year-round. Do not insert the card into the ticket machine!
Do I have to pick up the Donovaly Season Pass in person, or can someone else do it for me?
The Donovaly Season Pass can only be picked up by the person to whom the pass has been issued. During collection, a valid photo ID will be required to confirm identity.
Can I use the Donovaly Season Pass during the summer season?
Yes, the Donovaly Season Pass is valid not only for the winter ski season but also for unlimited rides on the cable car in the summer season, from its start until the end of the summer tourist season.
How do I get the kids ski passes for free?
With the purchase of a Donovaly Season Pass, up to two children under the age of 13 automatically get their own season passes for free. These will be issued to the parent or legal guardian who purchased the pass.
What should I do if I lose my Donovaly Season Pass?
In case of loss or damage to your Donovaly Season Pass, please visit our customer service at the resort or contact us at info@parksnow.sk. A replacement pass will be issued for a fee.
Aký je postup pri nákupe Donovalskej sezónky a Bonusových detských sezóniek?
1. Na e-shope vyberiete dátum a stlačíte vyhľadať.
2. Výber počtu sezóniek, stlačíte vložiť do košíka.
3. Ak sedí počet sezóniek stlačíte kúpiť a dokončiť nákup.
4. Vyskočí okno, vyberiete počet detí (6-12,99 rokov).
5. Do košíka Vám nahodí Donovalské sezónky podľa počtu, ktorý ste vybrali a taktiež Bonusové detské sezónky zdarma podľa počtu, ktorý ste vybrali. Stlačíte pokračovať.
6. Pred dokončením nákupu je potrebné sa prihlásiť alebo zaregistrovať.
7. Skontrolujte/vyplňte základné údaje.
8. Ku každej položke vyberiete držiteľa. Dospelé sezónky je možné nahrať priamo na číslo čipu (ak máte doma čipovú kartičku). Bonusové detské sezónky je potrebné nakúpiť bez pridania čipu a vyzdvihnúť ich na pokladni alebo v kancelárii správy strediska (potrebná je kópia alebo fotka rodného listu na zdokladovanie vzťahu rodič-dieťa). Všetky skipasy je možné zakúpiť aj bez čísla čipu!
9. Stlačíte pokračovať. Skontrolujte objednávku. V prípade, že je všetko v poriadku, je potrebné zaškrtnúť povinné polia. Stlačíte objednať a dokončiť nákup.
10. Vyberte spôsob úhrady kartou a stlačíte zaplatiť objednávku. Ďalej postupujete podľa pokynov k platbe.
11. Po dokončení objednávky Vám na e-mail príde potvrdenie o objednávke a detail objednávky, na základe ktorého Vám budú skipasy vydané.
