THE SKI SEASON HAS BEEN INTERRUPTED FROM 1.1.2021 BASED ON THE DECISION OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH OFFICE of the Slovak Republic! • From 1.1.2021, there is also a strict ban on accessing all the ski slopes in the resort with the aim of performing whatsoever activities, including sledding, walking the dog or ski mountaineering! • You can request the cancellation of purchased ski passes at skipas@parksnow.sk. • Partially used multi-day ski passes valid even after 31.12.2020 will be aliquoted by replacement ski passes for the number of unused days and usable until the end of the 2020/2021 ski season. Please do not go to the cash desk or resort administration office in person. We will solve each request individually by e-mail. You can send applications by e-mail to info@parksnow.sk • Season and 8-hour ski passes are valid until the official end of the 2020/2021 ski season! We will only deal with their possible refund if the season does not continue! •
